Wine Reviews – Columbia Crest Cabernet Sauvignon

Lobster Rolls

The Breakdown

I absolutely love the bottle/label design of this wine.  Then when you pour it and notice that the darkness of the wine matches the label. It has a rich blackberry, licorice and vanilla bouquet. It’s very full bodied with a rich flavor profile of tasty red raspberry, blackberry, coloa and oak.  Even with the fruity notes it has a very dry prolonged finish.

It’s dark color invites with a wonderfully inviting deep violet scent turns bitter dark chocolate and dark blackberry on the palate.  It pairs wonderfully with any beef and strong flavored cheeses.
