The Breakdown

Wine is an all 5 senses experience.  Many ignore the bottle / label design but it’s a part of the experience and the label design of all Intrinsic wines are just stellar. This selection doesn’t disappoint in that regard but it really shines when you open the bottle and release this complex easy to drink Cabernet.

As soon as you open the bottle and hit the nose you are welcomed with blackberry, vanilla and …is that warm leather. It’s very subtle initially but with a very complex finish.  If you savor it you will be rewarded by hints of blackberry, black cherry, plum, with a secondary symphony including balsamic, black olives, vanilla, chocolate, savory herbs and a slight smokiness.

This complex wine stands on it’s own but also pairs wonderfully with beef, veal or lamb.
