Ingredients
- 4 cups cold mashed sweet potatoes (just peel them boil them and mash em)
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup 2%milk
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 large bag of little marshmallows
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl mix the sugar, paprika, sweet potatoes, milk, softened butter, salt, vanilla,

When the potato mixture is well mixed and smooth transfer it into a large 2 quart baking dish
Step 3
In a small bowl mix the brown sugar, pecans, flour and cold butter sprinkle this all over the potato mixture
Step 4
Bake uncovered at 325F for 45 minutes
Step 5
Then remove from heat and top with the marshmallows and place back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the marshmallows start to brown
Step 6
Remove from heat and let rest for at least 15 minutes
